Our dedicated servers are bare metal, meaning that all resources are dedicated to you. Unlike virtual servers, which share hardware resources among multiple users, a bare metal server provides you with complete control over the hardware and software.
Our dedicated server plans are considered self-managed, meaning that we'll help with hardware issues and troubleshooting, but we don't provide help with software. If you'd like it to be fully managed, you can select the addon at checkout.
Managed means that our expert team will take care of everything, such as security monitoring, updates, installations, and more. For an additional cost, you won't worry about system administration again.
As soon as you purchase a dedicated server, it'll be deployed within 12-24 hours! Please note that we recommend contacting our sales team first to check available stock. If you need a custom configuration, it'll take a bit longer to be provisioned. If you order additional IP addresses then we'll ask for justification before processing the order.
